What is the Vanilla coffee subscription?
It’s a monthly coffee subscription at Vanilla in Downtown Miami and Hollywood, FL: one freshly made coffee every day for one flat monthly price. Choose your plan, pay once a month, and your daily coffee is handled — no cards, no cash, no deciding.
How much does it cost?
The Daily plan is $39/month for the first 100 founding members (founding price), then $49. Weekday is $22 and VIP is $89. All prices exclude tax.
Does it include weekends?
Yes. The Daily and VIP plans give you a coffee every day of the week, weekends included. The Weekday plan covers your Monday–Friday workweek coffee.
Which drinks are included?
Daily covers espresso drinks — latte, cappuccino, americano — plus drip and cold brew. VIP adds raf and matcha. Oat or almond milk is +$1 on the Daily plan and included on VIP. The Weekday plan is black coffee (drip or americano).
How do I redeem my daily coffee?
Just give your name or phone number at the counter. The barista checks your membership in a few seconds and makes your drink. No app, no card.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes. Every plan includes one free coffee for a friend each month — because the best coffee is the one you share.
What if my friend subscribes too?
You get a free croissant. Just tell the barista who referred you — once your friend subscribes, the croissant is on us.
Where can I use my subscription?
At the Vanilla you join: Downtown Miami (117 SE 2nd Ave) or Hollywood (1810 S Young Cir, on Young Circle). Each café has its own membership — pick the one you visit most.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
No contract. It’s month-to-month, renews automatically, and you can cancel anytime in a tap. Founding members keep the $39 price for as long as the subscription stays active.
Do unused coffees roll over?
No — it’s one fresh coffee a day (two on VIP), not a bank of credits. The value is in showing up for your daily ritual at Vanilla.
Is there a monthly limit?
It’s a fair-use daily benefit: one coffee a day on Weekday and Daily, up to two a day on VIP — a maximum of about 45 drinks per month. It’s meant for your own daily ritual, not resale.

Vanilla started long before Miami. As the oldest of four kids, founder Vitalii Korsikov helped his mother sell her homemade cakes on the street near their home in Ukraine. That stall grew into bakeries, cafés and a family business across Odesa and Kyiv — with his mother still creating every recipe.
When the war came in 2022, Vitalii left everything behind and started over. In June 2024 he opened Vanilla in Downtown Miami, then a second café in Hollywood. The desserts are still inspired by his mother, who sends new recipes from home.
Why “Vanilla”? Because everybody loves vanilla.
